Vendor Agreement Form

This agreement is between Season Pass Discount and participating vendors.

There is ZERO up front cost for Vendor Participation!

Vendor agrees:

  • To honor the Season Pass Branson discount card with the minimum of a 10% discount or more when a patron presents a signed and current Season Pass Branson discount card.

  • To honor any other current coupon, discount or promotion already offered by your establishment elsewhere with Season Pass Branson Discount Card holders. (This does not have to be stacked with the standing discount you have with Season Pass Branson).

  • To post a provided “Participating Vendor,” 4.8 x 4.8 inch cling-on window decal on the window or door of its place of business in an appropriate and businesslike manner; Or to post a provided “Participating Vendor,” 5.9 x 4.33 inch magnetic sign in its payment receipt area(s.) (optional)

  • To keep a small inventory (at no charge) of current Season Pass Branson brochures to distribute upon request to its patrons. (optional)

  • Exceptions:

    • Due to Missouri State Law packaged alcohol may not be discounted.

    • The discount may not be valid with other promotions.

    • Some licensed products, due to contractual agreements are not able to be discounted.

Season Pass Discount agrees:

  • To list this participating vendor on its web site SeasonPassDiscount.com including the name of the vendor, address, phone number and an active link to the vendors website (if they have one.)

  • To add the name and type of vendor for each participating vendor to each additional printing of brochures that is mailed with the Season Pass Branson discount card at the time of purchase.
